Our guests are required to sign a rental agreement on arrival.

Suite Home bills are payable immediately upon receipt of the bill without any deduction, unless other payment terms and conditions are expressly agreed.

Pets are allowed in Suite Home apartments, especially those registered to provide assistance to disabled people, such as Guide Dogs for the Blind or Hearing Dogs for the Deaf.

Children ale welcome; we can provide crib if requested.

The subleasing and re-leasing of allocated apartments, spaces or cabinets as well as inviting to interviews, sales or similar events require the prior written consent of the hotel. It is forbidden to use our apartments for parties or gatherings where occupants of neighbouring apartments might be disturbed.

Suite Home is further entitled to demand an appropriate advance payment or a security deposit from the customer at the beginning and during the customer’s stay, provided that such an advance payment or security deposit was not already paid.

Methods of Payment - Payment must be made to us in euro, Lei or US Dollars and must be clear of all bank charges, exchange rate variations, and any other deductions. We are pleased to accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, cash upon arrival or by bank transfer.

No charge will be made to your credit card if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your arrival date (local time).

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest. Should a damage be observed after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Maximum occupancy for a unit is determined at the time of booking and shall not exceed that number (of persons).
